Additional services included the pipeline route survey and location, environmental studies of the wetland areas along the pipeline route, and preparation of the construction bid packages. |

Location: Aruba, Netherlands Antilles Description: Design and construction documents were prepared for the complete renovation of the existing Jet A and AV gas fuel handling systems and the aviation operations facility. Additional services included material procurement and on-site construction management. Also, equipment specifications and installation drawings were furnished for conversion of all bridgers and aircraft refuelers from top to bottom loading with fail-safe alarming and shutdown features. |
