President: Management of company providing complete professional engineering services.
Project Manager for major projects. Instructor in "Mainline Design and Construction" for
PETEX's School of Pipeline Technology. Expert Witness.

1983 to 1987 - Techstaff, Inc.
Vice President - Engineering: Directed the project management and construction manage-
ment activities of the Company including responsibility for organization and staffing. Project
Manger for several pipeline projects.

1976 to 1983 - Gulf Interstate Engineering Company
Vice President - Projects: Directed the project management and construction management
activities of the Company including responsibility for organization and staffing. Project
Manger for the design and construction of 360 miles of 24" pipeline.

Vice President - Venezuelan Operation: Overall responsibility for all engineering and
technical activities of Ingeneria. Petroleo. Gas. S.A. (IPG) based in Caracas, Venezuela.
Directed the development of staff and the technical capabilities of IPG, particularly in the
areas of pipeline and production facilities design and project management.

Manager of Engineering: Responsible for the organization and direction of GIEC's Engineer-
ing and Drafting Departments which provided conceptual design, specification, design
reviews and drafting services for all projects. Maintained and updated GIEC's Engineering
and Drafting Standards and Procedures. Coordinated activities of the Engineering Depart-
ment with the Project Management Department. Responsible for personnel development
and training.

1967 to 1976 - Exxon Company, U.S.A.
Resident Construction Engineer: Assigned to joint Arco/Exxon Prudhoe Bay Facilities Project
Management Team. Supervised staff of construction engineering and welding inspectors.
Responsible for scheduling, quality control and fabrication costs of 31 large process modules
ranging in size from 1000 to 1500 tons each.

Supervising Engineer: Supervised Production Engineering Group consisting of engineers,
technicians and drafters. Directly responsible for Group's activities which included design and
installation of oil & gas production facilities, waterflood facilities, material and equipment
selection, purchasing coordination, construction, start-up, monitoring facilities operation and
facility optimization.
