Description: Complete project management services including design, drafting, material/
equipment specifications, construction management and field inspection for numerous
natural gas pipeline facility ventures. Projects consisted of the following: installation of 7
compressor units, separation and dehydration facilities for grassroots station (60 mmscfd
thru-put); installation of 5 compressor units, separation and dehydration facilities for
grassroots station (30 mmscfd thru-put); installation of 1 compressor unit and dehydration
facilities for expansion to existing facilities (10 mmscfd thru-put); and meter/regulator station
including gas chromatograph and communication equipment for interconnecting sales point.

Enbridge Pipelines (Ala-Tenn), LLC
Location: Alabama
Description: Provide design and drafting services for operational and maintenance projects
on existing natural gas pipeline meter and regulator stations. Provide technical assistance
and calculations for the lowering of existing loaded pipeline. Perform a complete review of
system requirements. Upgrade facilities to meet industry codes and standards, as well as,
assist with assessment of pipeline integrity requirements. Provide budgetary cost estimates
to meet system improvements.

Enbridge Pipelines (KPC)
Location: Kansas
Description: Provide technical assistance and proposal preparation for natural gas pipeline
delivery interconnects, pipeline lowering projects and pipeline maintenance activities.

Kerns Oil & Gas, Inc.
Location: Texas
Description: Complete design and project/construction management services on a 50 mile
gathering and transmission pipeline system. Facilities included dehydration, compression,
field measurement and custody transfer. Services included permitting, surveying, engineering,
drafting, procurement and construction management for pipelines, station, metering and
sales facilities.

North Carolina Natural Gas
Location: North Carolina
Description: Complete design and project management services on several metering and
regulating stations serving natural gas fired generator stations. Services included multi-
discipline engineering, engineering, drafting, procurement and construction management.

Delhi Gas Pipeline Corporation (Acquired by Koch Industries)
Locations: Oklahoma, Texas and Mississippi
Description: Pipeline design and engineering, drafting and construction inspection for
numerous natural gas pipeline projects including compression, separation and dehydration
facilities. Additional services included survey of the right-of-way and preparation of the as-
built drawings for inclusion in the job books. Pipeline diameters ranged from 4" to 24".

Eastern Shore Natural Gas Corporation
Locations: Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Florida
Description: Right-of-Way acquisition, survey, engineering, drafting and inspection for the
pipeline and the compression stations. Utilized CADD for preparation of property plats and
alignment sheets.

Gulf Gas Utilities Company
Locations: Texas and New Mexico
Description: Complete design and project management services on several pipeline
projects. Services included right-of-way acquisition, permitting, surveying, engineering,
drafting, procurement and construction management for pipelines, metering and sales facilities.

Maersk Energy Inc.
Location: Texas
Description: Pipeline right-of-way survey, design and engineering, drafting, construction
inspection, and as-built records for several natural gas pipeline projects including compression, separation, CO2 removal and dehydration facilities. Pipeline diameters range from 3" to 12".

Red River Gas Pipeline Corporation
Location: Texas
Description: Engineering, drafting and construction inspection services for installation of
16" and 10" orifice metering facilities.

Paragon Engineering Services Incorporated
Locations: Texas and Ecuador
Description: As a subcontractor to the client, provided technical and field assistance for an
oil pipeline and flowlines collection system for Occidental Exploration and Production
Company. The project location was Block 15 in the Oriente region of Ecuador. Technical
services provided included final engineering of the pipeline and flowlines, preparation of the
material specifications and take-off, and preparation of the related construction bid documents.
Field assistance services included a site visit, final pipeline and flowline route selection, and
interview and qualification of local potential pipeline construction contractors.

Basic Resources International
Location: Guatemala
Description: Complete project management and engineering services for heavy crude oil
gathering/treating facility and 175 miles of 12" diameter export pipeline including hydraulic
studies, process simulation, pipe and material specification, pipeline and pump station design,
and communications. Station facilities included gathering, separation, sweetening,
stabilization, storage, pumping and power generation.

Falcon Seaboard Oil Company
Location: Texas
Description: Complete design and project management services for 10" pipeline
interconnection. Also right-of-way acquisition, survey, permitting, design, drafting and
inspection for a 40 mile, 12" diameter natural gas pipeline.

The Hanover Company
Location: Texas
Description: Process design, detail engineering and design services for natural gas
processing plants fabricated for installation in South America. Facilities included power
generation, turbo expanders, process, compression, controls and remote monitoring.

Laredo Nueces Pipeline Company
Location: Texas
Description: Design and construction management services for 11 miles of 8" gas
gathering pipelines and 17 miles of 12" sales pipeline including preparation of construction
bid package and contractor selection, construction permits acquisition, construction
management and inspection, materials coordination, acceptance testing, and preparation
of the as-built job data books.

United Parcel Service
Location: Philadelphia International Airport
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Description: Design and field services for the pipeline route survey and location,
environmental studies of the wetland areas along the pipeline route, and preparation of the
construction bid package for 5900 ft. of 12" pipeline. The pipeline transports aviation fuel
between the existing fuel terminal and the new construction bottom loading facility for
aviation refuelers.

OCT Energy, Inc.
Location: Texas
Description: Engineering, surveying and drafting for several pipeline projects.

ABB Randall Corporation
Locations: Texas and Pakistan
Description: As a subcontractor to the client, provided technical and field assistance during
the turn-key proposal preparation for a gas and gas condensate pipeline gathering system,
trunkline and gas process plant for Oil & Gas Development Corp. of Pakistan. The project
location was the Dhodak Field in Pakistan. Technical services included preliminary
engineering of the pipeline gathering system, pipeline manifold, trunkline and the slug
catcher to be located at the gas process plant. Field assistance services included site
visit, pipeline route selection evaluation, construction difficulty assessment, and interview
and evaluation of local potential pipeline construction contractors.
