Description: Provided expert witness services for legal proceedings involving pipeline
design/construction and petroleum marketing facilities.

Circuit Court for the County of Ingham, State of Michigan
Location: Michigan
Description: As a court appointed expert witness, conducted the investigation of
construction services/work performed by the plaintiff at forty-one defendant stores at issue.
The purpose of the investigation was to formulate an opinion as to whether the work
performed was defective according to industry standards and third-party marketing company
specifications, identify the consequences of any observable defects, and identify the
measures necessary to correct the defective construction and the associated costs. The work
investigated included the underground hydrocarbon product storage tanks, associated piping,
dispensers, and the monitoring and observation wells.

Olds Press & Forge, Inc.
Location: Texas
Description: Technical services provided for the development of a Quality Assurance Manual
for a forged steel flange manufacturer. Scope of services included training of key personnel
for plant-wide implementation procedures contained within the manual.

Enron Gas Pipeline Operating Company
Location: Various locations within U.S
Description: Detailed material take-off services for planned upgrade and new project
construction to various operating entities of Enron. Services provided in client offices on an
ongoing basis.

Union Pacific Resources, Inc.
Location: Texas
Description: Review, study and analysis of a butane storage, receiving and delivery system
to develop a preliminary design and cost estimate for the feasibility of enhancing the existing
SCADA automation system to allow supervisory control at a remote location.

Clark Engineers
Location: Arizona
Description: A part of the new construction expansion at the airport included building a
multiple island refueling facility to service six different rental car companies at a common
location. The facility is located on the second floor of a semi-enclosed parking garage.
Technical services included building permit acquisition, code compliance/ variance, and
design of the Stage I and II vapor recovery system.

Special design features included the automation of six totally independent dispensing
systems, collection of all surface runoff for oil/water separation with sanitary sewer connection for separated water discharge, and interlocking dispensing actuation with a forced air ventilation system.

Construction services included the installation inspection and witnessing of acceptance
testing of all systems associated with the routine operation of the storage and dispensing
facility.

Veterans Administration

Description: Services provided involved the specification, purchase and installation of a
totalizing natural gas flow meter in the new laundry facility.
